It describes how we use the data you provide to us, always in accordance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and any other applicable concordant regulations.

II.- PRINCIPLES UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

We undertake to process the personal data (hereinafter “data”) provided in accordance with the following principles set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Lawfulness: We will only collect your personal data for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and we will not process your personal data in a manner incompatible with said purposes.
  • Legality: According to Article 6 of the GDPR, your personal data will be managed whenever you express your explicit consent for the processing of such data as a manifestation of your free and informed will. Your personal data may also be necessary to formalize a contract or service, to comply with legal obligations, to protect vital interests, or for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, provided these do not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

  • Data Minimization: We limit the collection of personal data to what is strictly relevant and necessary for the purposes for which they are collected.

III.- USER CONSENT

Filling out our contact forms, after accepting this Privacy Policy, implies the unequivocal consent of the user to the automated processing of data according to the Web’s privacy conditions. Consent is also understood to be granted if the user writes directly through other channels available on the website. The data collected are the minimum essential to respond to a request for information regarding the therapies offered by the Controller.

In this initial request, special categories of data will not be collected; these will only be necessary for the actual provision of the therapy. Consent may be revoked at any time.

IV.- PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The data will be used for:

  • Responding to user information requests regarding therapies, working methods, prices, etc.
  • Management, administration, billing, and provision of the service.
  • Follow-up/monitoring of the therapy, which will vary depending on each case.

V.- DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be kept for the period essential for the specific purpose. Once the data are no longer necessary and there is no consent for further retention, we will keep the data blocked (pursuant to Art. 17.3 GDPR) during the statute of limitations for legal obligations arising from the processing. Once these legal periods expire, the data will be permanently deleted.

VI.- LAWFULNESS (LEGAL BASIS)

We process your data based on your consent, including special categories of data that may be necessary for the therapy if contracted. Providing data is mandatory to contact us and attend to your request. Failure to provide data or accept this policy makes it impossible to process your requests.

VII.- RECIPIENTS

SOLMERE STUDIO SL will not transfer your data under any circumstances, except to competent Public Bodies, Tax Authorities, Law Enforcement, or Courts when there is a legal obligation to do so.

VIII.- DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction, and portability by writing to the Controller at the address above or via email: info@solmerestudio.com.

If you believe your request has not been correctly addressed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

IX.- MINORS

The contents of the Web are not directed at persons under 18 years of age, who must always be accompanied by a legal guardian. Only users aged 14 or older may provide their own consent for data processing.

X.- SECURITY LEVEL

The Controller will implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent loss, alteration, or unauthorized access. In the event of a security breach, SOLMERE STUDIO SL undertakes to inform the Control Authority within 72 hours and affected users as soon as possible.

XI.- CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality. The Controller guarantees that confidentiality commitments are signed with any persons involved in any phase of data processing.

XII.- INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

In the event that SOLMERE STUDIO SL transfers personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), it ensures that standard contractual clauses are in place and that the provider meets the minimum security standards and principles set by the GDPR.

XIII.- LIABILITY

The user is solely responsible for providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete data. Please inform us of any changes to your data at info@solmerestudio.com.

XIV.- MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

SOLMERE STUDIO SL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative changes or company criteria. Any modification will be published at least ten days before its effective application.
