SOLMERE was born from the combination of two complementary paths:
one deeply rooted in technology, industrialization, and reliability, and the other in business, investment, and market development.
Verónica Bermúdez brings more than 20 years of international experience leading R&D centers, pilot plants, and industrial roadmaps in cleantech technologies.
Marisol Santana contributes extensive experience in renewable energy, large industrial groups, and the investor and startup ecosystem.
Together, we operate in the space where most projects fail: the interface between science, industry, and capital.
Our approach is hands-on, rigorous, and focused on structural impact.
